  • The Rates as set out in this rate card are valid only until December 31 of the year the Rates are quoted. The Rates are subject to General Price Increase (GPI) effective January 1 of each year.
  • The Rates as set out in this rate card are based on the shipment volumes and profiles that have been provided by the Customer.
  • In the event of a shortfall on the projected volumes or a substantial change in the weight or destination mix, DHL reserves the right to revise the Rates at any time upon prior written notice to the Customer.
  • DHL reserves the right to revise the Rates at any time upon prior written notice to the Customer if there is a substantial change in the Customer’s service requirements, local currency’s exchange rate to EUR/USD or in DHL’s costs. Important notes:

1) You must use the DHL EXPRESS EASY boxes for your shipment in order to enjoy the low flat fee.

2) For maximum protection, your shipment should not exceed the recommended weight limit. You should divide your shipment into several boxes should it exceed the weight limit.

3) Note that each DHL EXPRESS EASY boxes must be accompanied by its own Air Waybill and paperwork (unlike DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE where one Air Waybill for multi-piece shipments is allowed).

4) DHL EXPRESS EASY shipments that exceed the maximum weight limit will be charged with DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE rates or premium fees.

5) DHL EXPRESS EASY shipments will be charged based on their actual or volumetric weight (whichever higher).

6) DHL EXPRESS EASY is not valid for transport collect shipments.

7) We recommend that you maintain the original packaging when shipping computers (monitors, modems, etc.) as the moulded thick styrofoam and thick hard sponge will protect the computer parts and cushion any shock.
